14.不得打廣告。（網主除外）
15.不得爛尾。（未完成的作品而又久久不續畫）
16.不得粗製濫造。（沒有主題，隨便畫幾筆便當完成）
17.不得朝三暮四，晚九朝五。（每人每天不超過３次投稿，回應留言次數不限）
18.不得不尊重知識產權。如有需要轉載，請先通知原作者，並列明出處。
19.不得翻版，抄襲別人的作品。（素描除外）
20.不得畫太深奧的作品。（莫歌拿不會有太高智力去理解）
21.不得以上線速度慢為理由而不繪畫。
22.不得以電腦條件不夠為藉口不繪畫。
23.不得有違．觸犯01-22條者，殺他死。
